I had best experiences with Norton. Personally I think it is better than Kaspersky.

I have tried AVG and Avira Antivirus. Both are free and offer pretty decent protection.

i haven't tried to use norton. first anti virus that i've used is the NOD32. i've change it to avast. but i didn't satisfied to the performance given by the avast. i got a lot of virus when using it. so i switched to kaspersky. when the activation key of my kaspersky end up and i can't find the right key, i changed my anti virus to AVG. and now i am currently using the AVG. for now i am satisfied to its performance. but when you ask me what is the best anti virus i've used. i can say the best is the kaspersky.

Default AntiVirus

You can get a free beta of Kaspersky for windows 7 once you get it. I personally like it, and it's worked fine on Win7. Training mode is incredibly annoying and it won't shut up with warnings and questions for about a week, but it is pretty secure.

I liked AVG (free) but I didn't feel secure with it, especially after I got a nasty virus without AVG knowing about it. Kaspersky found it, which is why I stuck with it. Hope that helps!

Default http://www.thebuildingdirectory.com.au

there is no perfect anti-virus software, any anti-virus software is effective in getting rid of viruses as long as it is updated..but now, i am using Avast anti-virus. it really works and free to download.
