which language is the best for web site development java, php or .Net for any person with respect to less cost and security.

php and java are open source ,wont cost a buck at all while developing applications in .net ,professionally you may need licensed software

All language help to create a website but most popular language PHP and Java. So I prefer to both PHP and Java.

For less cost php is the best and overall asp.net is the best language for making a site.

I always and most prefer php language because of it is great user friendly language, easy to utilize for develop website and most important feature is that it is independent platform..

PHP: it is my persnol favoret bcos it is a open source its CMS(WordPress, Joomla, etc) are very good. but from security point of view jawa is the best then asp .net and at the last php.
