building sites w/ affiliate links

I promote many affilaite programs. I want to start moving some of my sites over to a CMS probably word press to make the management easier and so I can get others to help as well.

I am wondering, though, is it easy to post affiliate links in the content.

I know there are plug ins now for advertising and such but what about if I want many products to show. Do the affiliate links work okay? The code, I mean,
