I think you should stay with HTML only because things if get worsen with HTM are easy to sort out..So try and be with HTML only.It will be the best CMS for you.

If you don’t want to waste time and take pressure of coding than word press CMS is the best choice and pages can be formed in quick time.

If you do not desires wasting time and having great stress in coding WP CMS is the most excellent choice because pages can be done in fast time.

Well, there is no way we can compare HTML with WordPress. HTML is a mark up language and it is a basis of programming. However WordPress is a number one content management system. HTML is necessary nowadays to understand programming issues even if you do not want pursue in this field. I feel, everyone must have a basic knowledge of HTML and of course make use of WordPress to create websites and blogs.
