I want to make website for creative designers where they can upload own works, and provide them their own portfolio page. Doesn't matter free or paid, please provide links. thank you

Davian Art is community where everything shared by different types of users and represent it in creative way. So script which allow you to set rights for different user group would do the job. You can check wordpress script and need to add some customization on setting rights for each user group.
