You all are saying correct that CMS stands for Content Management System. And the best CMS platforms are Drupal, Joomla, Magento and Wordpress.

It would be about content management system. I mostly prefer to use Wordpress. It quite different but I love it. Mostly I love to write blog into the wordpress. I can able to share my pics and video over these blog.
