Ways Google Finds Websites ?

Google says "There are two ways that Google finds out about websites . The first way is that someone has submitted it through the Google submission page . The second and far more common way is that Google has found it through their web crawlers which are constantly "roaming" the web."

QUESTION : When I am submitting CB vendor sites and on any particular entry to multiple sites via NeedHits-- it fails to submit to Google but is successfully submitted to other sites , will it ultimately be accessable to Google's web crawlers with no further action on my part ?

ANSWER : According to Search Engine Watch the answer is a definite YES . This satisfies me as a Clickbank affiliate whose hoplinked site does not exist on the web until some search engine accepts it .
