Well, that's a nice way to check link backs in Bing. Like G web master too does bing webmaster tools show backlinks as well?

You can check your bing backlinks by log in to your Bing webmaster tools. You can add your site to bing webmaster tools with you live email id.

Its similar to Google but you need leave a space between link: and url.

I use Foxy SEO tool to check back links in Bing. I just have to choose the Bing FormLinks from drop down menu.
