BING Algorithm Updaate

Has anyone noticed that in this fist week of April bing has changed its algos and because of it many site who were ranking very well has gone complete down. As in my case, some of my sites were getting good traffic from bing but now its a full break. Also bing webmasters tools layout has also got changed but is it for any betterment, I dont think so. Any opinions?
