will Bing crush Google?

What's your opinion about that? Some say yes, the other say no.

My personal opinion is that the only way Bing can overtake Google is is if Google really screws up, which I would say is highly unlikely. Put another way, the race is not Bing's to win, it is Google's to lose.

I might happen if google will stop its operation for the next 6 months.

internet is google's domain anybody tries to conquer will surely have a be in a very hard time.

Bing will never crash Google as Google is more powerful and Bing is too young to do it.

No way! for sure it would take years for bing even compete with google. As of now, it's only successing because of local results it shows up.

trojan killer is right! The difference in the quality of service is to huge. But you never know. For example in Google Webmaster Tools, the fuc. google team ''have lost'' all my backlinks for a site and after a couple of weeks I've lost my position on the first page. They said that was something wrong with their spider and ...I'm still waiting for Google actions. Mistakes like that could screw your reputation very easy.

i think it is very difficult for bing to compete with google but we cannot neglect Bing because it also has daily searches although it stands second in search engine race......

until bing can offer services that compete with Google, then no.

Currently Bing search results suck and Bing web master tools suck, and also it seems take a hell of a long time to index new pages.

Where as Google have so many tools that work well for webmasters, e.g. - analytics/webmaster tools/insights/trending reports/feedburner/adsense/adwords

etc

In the current stats Google is getting about 65% search queries from the whole world and Bing is about 12%. I agree that Bing is providing good results than Google which i already tested 2,3 times but i don't thing that getting that much traffic is possible for the Bing.

I don't think Bing will take over but I am seeing it being advertised through different movies and tv shows on big networks like MTV.

Yes, but not for a couple years. Google has been getting a ton of heat on it's market monopolizing and privacy issues. The only thing that will beat Google, is itself. With all the lawsuits and bad publicity, it's already in the making. I don't think Google will be around in another 5 years. I have this feeling the US Government is going to end up driving them into the ground. Time will tell.
