Bing / very big variance in rank position

Has this happened to you before?

It's my personal observation that each 2 weeks, my Bing ranking- on my niche-has some big up and down (around 15 -20 positions). I have this situation since 3-4 months ago.
It's not so disastrous because it looks that the ranking is balancing itself each time with no SEO intervention from my part, but:

What' s happening?

I always knew that Bing and Google use different algorithms but it looks like Bing search engine is changing the way of calculate the rank position very often and that's why I have such big up and down.

They definitely have different algorithms which process our ranking online. Search engine provide the result depends on your link-building and it will output.

Recently Bing was accused by Google that it is copying google's searches. You might have read about that in news.
According to my observation, there is drastic difference in rankings of Google and bing. For some keywords my site on top in Google but Bing ranks them poorly and for some I rank on #1 in Bing but yahoo puts it on second page .

bing is now in the process of adding new website. compare to google bing have very less database. so some time by adding new website on bing it will make fluctuation in listing. In short they added new competitors of yours on their database.
