haven't had a personal experience but this is a common experience with people using this as I know a couple of them having same complaint .

I'm working from some time time with Bing Webmaster and It's true: it's very slow

With the launch of BING, Microsoft’s new search engine some people have become highly optimistic about it. In particular those who did not manage to get good SERP rankings for their keywords in Google. Now with the merger of Yahoo search and Bing WWW would see bing as the single largest challenger of Google for the place of world’s most popular search engine. Well I don’t see this as an age heralded early. The combined forces of Yahoo and MSN used to control a fourth of Search engine market. Yahoo used to be the second, behind Google. It remains to be seen how well will Bing do. Will the market share rise of the ardent Yahoo followers switch over to Google?

This Bing is still insignificant in the face of Google, do not know if it will really change anything in the world of search engines, they would be better to use a clean design like Google.

i have had a fantastic result with bing, for 2 years back when google took 6 months to encash it or categorise it, bing or live at that time, did it in less than a week. google ahs picked up now

Actually i did not check once i submitted it into the Bing that how much time it takes.
