Default Bing SEO - How to do local listing in Bing
I was trying to get listed in Bing, I think Bing Local listing is open only for US...Have you tried it ?

I e-mailed the Bing guys some time ago and they have confirmed that Bing local listing is available only for U.S.A. Maybe in the future .....
