Do anyone knows about the Google affiliate program. I have just heard about it in one other webmaster forum. I just need to know how is Google affiliate program. Thanks.

Upon searching, I've further learned that there are actually two programs which differs on what type of affiliate you are, an Advertiser or a Publisher.

As an Advertiser, there's AdWords which is Search Engine Marketing offering flexible rates and programs for advertising your contents.

As a Publisher, there's AdSense which allows one to display related advertisement onto their sites which showcases unique contents and that in and of itself will be the deciding factor on how well your site will bring you clicks on the ads.

Google stopped accepting applications for affiliates to its Google eBooks program two weeks ago. Although the hiatus hasn’t affected American Booksellers Association IndieCommerce stores that sell Google eBooks on their Web sites or affiliates like Powell’s Books in Portland or smaller stores like Devaney Doak & Garrett Booksellers in Farmington, Me., at least two booksellers in New England who recently tried to sign up were unable to submit their applications. On February 9 on a Google site intended to help affiliates, Geddy Lee answered questions about how to set up an affiliate site by stating, “The Google eBooks program is currently not accepting new applications at this time.” He also noted that the directions to become an affiliate will be updated soon. Well, i really don't know about the Google's Affiliate program, however maybe in that forum someone is talking about Google Adsense, as a whole lot of people take it as one of the types of affiliate program, so he must be taking about Adsense. In order to get the details over this program all you have to do is to check out Google in order to know about it in more depth.

I just know the google adsense. It is the easiest way to make money online. However, if your website doesn't have good traffic, which will be useless. Good luck.
