Hi, I have recently seen a notification at the bottom of the Gmail's Login Page. I am not exactly getting what it is? I mean I just understood that it is something related to inviting friends to gmail. But how it is different?

Yes..Google intervention has been developed by some people in Gmail team . It is to invite your friends who are not yet switched to Gmail.

It's fing awesome for one. I never thought I would use it. But then I figured out I could reply by email to google voice which allowed scheduling of texts. I often do this to text people in the morning before I wake up (to see if they want to do something) and I have an answer by the time I wake up. Maybe you don't send emails, but you asked what benefit gmail has - that's one of them.

I'm really surprised that Google execs approved that marketing campaign. I'm not sure who it targets, but I agree that it's obnoxious.
