As there are many ways to promote a affiliate program like through forums, Social networking, articles and through blog.

But other than these techniques, Is there any way to promote a affiliate?

I personally prefer to simply create a niche website for a small set of products, do all my own seo work, and generate traffic naturally through search engine searches. I do indulge in Twitter and Identi.ca occasionally. They bring in some traffic, but not usually buyers.
