I'm not sure they would like to be referred to as 'little Indians,' in the same way you may not want to be referred to by another name. Still, outsourcing in this manner is cheaper, but then you'd really have to fish around until you find decenter writers.

Yes the idea has picked up very well ,the only issue involved in here is finding good quality ,low cost , reliable employees which are difficult to fetch .If fetched difficult to retain .

Yea, You can contact bloggers individually to get some deals. It really works great. I did once and trust me i got so many offers from there. Although Elance is a good site as well.
