Not quite sure what you mean here. Do you mean you do ppc marketing and they see you having success with certain keywords that they then use them keywords for themselves?

Or do you mean you get them the customer and they pay you commission for the first sale, but after that, any new sales the customer makes, they get all the money and you don't get a cut. If this is the case, you may want to look into residual income also known as lifetime commission programs. These are programs that pay you for the life of the customer you referred to them. This means you don't get paid for just their first sale, but also sales after that.
