Starting A Collection Agency- need some quick advice

Hello All,

Just wondering a couple things about the collection agency busniess.

What is the difference between debt leads and debt portfolios(buying the debt).

What are debt settlement leads and how do they compare to regular debt leads?

What are conversions?

Pay-per-sale vs pay-per-lead? difference and how it affects collection agencies?
