Suggestion on how to start making money online?

I am very interest to start internat marketing...
there is many ebook all over the internat...
however, it seems like scam and i am not hoping to give out too much money before i earn money....

There are free resources for learning Internet marketing as well. Why bother spending dollars on paid books.

You can create a website and then just join PPC campaign and start earning money.

You can create a free blog on blog spot. Write post there. Get Adsense account from there and earn money.

If you have a good website with relevant content with ranking on the search engine than the best option is to use a relevant affiliate program to make money online. Try to search for the best online affiliate program through directories and get lucky.
