Most important thing is to find how to import coupons/deals on your site. After that is important to remove them once they expire.
This way you will have a site only with active coupons and the visitors will love that.

Great, you have a good Idea. But it is a difficult task to get coupons. For example, I was searching for Godaddy's $1.99 coupon. But can not find right one.
So collecting different company's coupons are really difficult.

Actually is quite easy if you have ( or make ) the right tools to grab the coupons.
