Google and Affiliate Programs

Hello -

I was thinking about using Amazon book editorials to satisfy two conditions. One was for good targetted content and the other was for the possibility of affiliate sales.

As with all affiliate programs the linking URL is very long. Will this be a problem when and if Google spiders the page.
