Survey Script?

Hello, I run an affiliate network and I am interested in running my own unique campaigns, possibly surveys. I am coming up with a lot of dead ends when trying to find a script that would satisfy these needs

Hhhmmm ... I think survey script is not a good idea.
In a point of view of a user, I find answering surveys "annoying". Though I answer the survey properly it doesn't give me what I'm looking for, like in sharecash.

Yes I think its not a good idea and I am not sure whether any Saas can do this or not.
