Default Approaching companies that don't have affiliate programs

Hi All,

I am completely new to the world of affiliate marketing but was wondering what would be the best way to approach a company (who doesn't already have a affiliate program) about setting one up for me so that I can make a commision on every referal that I get for them?

If I was to cold call them, who would I need to speak to?

Any advice will be appreciated.

I suggest you do a background check on the company you want to start an affiliate program with. If they don't have one, I think the best way is to send them an email. If they give you no option and wishes not to set up an affiliate program for you, move on with other companies. It's better choose those who already are running with an affiliate program.
