even if there are autoapprove, the moderator will come in later and check it.

yes there are many auto approve comment blogs but i see most of them are no follow. I am a new bee in forum posting and realize that most of the forum posting are nofollow ones which seems a bit unfare as when seo guys come to write on the forum, even when they write quality contents, they donot get a link back.

I agree with you. In building links it is important to comment on do-follow blogs. It may require some patience while waiting for the comment to get approved but it's worth it.

IMO, Auto comment approve blogs are not worth to get quality backlinks. So its better to search for niche blogs with Keyword luv enabled plugin and leave useful comment to get approve by the blog owner. Use the search query “your keyword” + “YourName@YourKeywords” to search for keyword luv enabled blogs.

There are some blogs which you should find by your self by testing. just make a list to use your sites. There are some blog directories that give details of all do fallow websites but you should test them manually if they approve the comments instant or pending status.
