Default What is the safe ctr?

hello,
Is there any kind of word like safe CTR?
I mean what is the safe CTR percentage as per Google? everyone is discussing that 10% CTR is not safe and if you have above 20% then you will definetly get ban hammer..

What do you think and whats your CTR percentage??

It depends on your niche, in my case I have at least 12% because my audience is formed by little kids.
Ocasionally I reached ctr of 200 or 300% and there are no problems with my account.

ctr is a tricky thing. even your eCPM is calculate per 1000 impressions, (thats what the M stands for) so a "real" ctr you will find at a higher volume of impessions.
your ctr will variate a lot for around 100 visits. you can get a 2% and a 15% very easy, at the same amount of impressions.

but do remember that ctr is calculated on impressions, not on unique ip. and a 10% of impressions, is a higher REAL 30% ctr if your average visitor has 3 page impressions.
