Default Adsense staff need customer service skills...

My story with adsense: (sorry but will be long winded)

Got a site off my friend who moved out of the country. I completely changed the site, new design etc.

Came across adsense so suck that on, it made few cents here and there. Improved SEO to get it making $ a day.

Made 3 more sites and stuck my adsense code on them aswell, was making around $10 a day. Got to $50 in my account.. got my pin and entered it and comfirmed the phone verification.

Earnt $100 (was very happy), my account got to $130 before the end of the month so as expecting a decent bank wire.

Checked my emails and BAM, i had the email saying my account was disabled and i would not recieve payments as they are being credited back to the right person (with i know is googles back pocket)

I got banned for being related to a different account which has been banned in the past. I later found out it was the site my friend gave me.

I emailed them 10-20 times and got 1 reply saying they looked into it and i was found to be related to a diffrent account.

After a further 10-15 emails i have never heard anthing back from them. Thats just poor customer service and i feel i have been robbed.

My story

This goes back to not putting too many eggs in one basket. Never rely on Adsense as your only source of income, because they have canceled accounts for less of a reason than you stated. I always try to have at least 4 different ways to monetize a site.
