Revenue Sharing

So, I see some other forums offer adsense revenue sharing with their contributing forum members. How does this work? They say something about adding your code into your signature or something like that. I don't know the first thing about adsense, so I was wondering if anyone would care to share some info. and advice with me. Thanks in advance

Yes. Its fact, some forums are allowing their members to place the Adsense code in the signature.

In simple words...
Adsense is the type of advertising, where the ads are displayed based on the content of the Page.

What happens is when you enter your publisher id# on a revenue sharing site they will intermittently plug in your id# into their adsense ads, thus giving you a portion of the revenue when those ads are clicked. There's no efficient way though to determine if the current ad being shown has your id# attached to it or not.

Chizarium, I have one question, If you check out the code of the webpage you are opening, cant you see the publisher id of the google adsense code? I tried it several times and it worked for me. I think that what you mean is that there is not a systematic way to determine if your google adsense ads are being displayed frequently or not.

There is a plugin used in this type of sharing... if you are running Vbulletin, I can give you this plugin w/o any cost.

Can this feature be integrated in other forum softwares using PHP or Perl. I heard vBulletin is the best, but can adsense be integrated in other forums as well? if so how?

if you plan to buy forum script most of them already have that revenue sharing script, if you plan to use wordpress, wordpres already have Good adsense revenue sharing program now
