Here are some of the high paying keywords categories which have been around since 10 years back. You can find various keywords within these categories which advertisers are paying $10 above to over $200 per click.

1.Real estate
2.Mortgage
3.Healthcare
4.Online Education

there are actually ebooks or tutorials about this. Keywords, SEM, etc. I suggest you download some.It's a good investment if you are serious about this kind of business.

Mortgage keywords and phrases from top 100 as of 24th June

Mortgage $54.53
Mortgage refinance $81.17
Mortgage refinancing $115.60
Refinancing $118.15
Refinance loans $94.44
Remortgages $98.12
Remortgage $90.84
Online Mortgage Quote $101.89 ( sharp upward trend )

Seems like more are planning to refinance their homes or real estates. This is probably due to the rise in loan modifications in the market right now.Although almost 97% of refinancing keywords are on the upward trend but the search for `REFINANCE' has been seen sliding downwards. This explains that web users are more sophisticated in their long tail searches nowadays. Popular keywords a couple months back like Subprime mortgages and mortgage calculators, are experiencing a fall.

Reports on the keywords in your market niche, anyone?

Excerpt from my own eNewsletter last week.

The `real estate listing' category seems to be gaining some ground in the top ten with real estate property listings (3179) in the 2ndspot, real estate listings (2089)in the 4th and `mls real estate listings (627) in the 10th spot with the least competition of the three.

Highest ranking demographic keyword was chattanooga real estate with 658 counts and las vegas real estate with 550 counts. A long tail was rated for the keyphrase `private equity real estate + investors + asia + phillipines' which appeared out from nowhere within the top 20 is now in the 8th position with 713 counts and almost no competition.

I recommend you should not go for the high paying keywords unless you are a well experienced webmaster. You are not going to get any thing within such a competition unless you are upto it. Give it some time and then see

I think the most paying keywords are the real keywords! I mean the keywords which have to do with yours' sites' subject. Keywords which will help your visitors to find your page and click the ads, since they will be interested on them

Does everyone realize that there are at least 18 free keyword tools available online? This includes Google of course, but with the combined use of just a few of these tools and the free popular search and hot tags tools available, anyone can find a niche, keywords, and target traffic.
All this takes is some effort and time.
I have written 2 articles about this and include the lists of each category within the articles with brief descriptions.
But, anyone can find this information and duplicate it.

you can get adsense high paying keywords from adwords keyword suggestion tools, the other way is purchasing service from keywords country, and other keywords research program
