I would say "technology" is one of the highest paid keyword nowadays, as tech is growing rapidly nowadays worldwide and most of the people search for tech stuffs.

Somewhere I read that keywords related to attorneys' jobs are very well paid. Only the competition is strong and should be spending a lot of time and money in order to show results in your account. Good luck with this!

Things like Finance, Hosting, Health, Insurance, Credit Cards, Loans, etc are high paying.

To use these keywords, a good way is to set up a site about one of them topics, but don't forget the rules. Make the site for your visitors and not for the Ads. This means don't make a MFA site.
