You will need to join the adsense. Put the coding in your blog. When people go to your blog, if they click on the adsense ads, you will earn the money.
But first, you will need to have high quality content in your blog, before the earning can happen.

Putting AdSense code on your web pages is only the beginning to making money with Google AdSense advertising. Once you've added AdSense Content and AdSense Search to your pages, you need to know how well your AdSense revenue is doing in relationship to how well it could be doing.
Monitoring your performance so you can make changes to make more money is a very important part of successfully working with AdSense

It's going to take some work. Get the ad sense code into your blog. Then stuff your sites with content you will update regularly and which is optimized around less competitive keywords related to your niche. More high quality content plus traffic means more chances of ad sense success.

About regularly updated content. You might as well job that part out. Because if you maintain several sites, imagine having to write new content for all them periodically. Logistical nightmare.

Instead of jobbing out every single article, why not job out a few, do some yourself, and have all them rewritten for various versions. Ergo, you get a lot of original articles out of the few you get.
