You have to have traffic first though, and its best to make that organic, which takes time to build.

Adsense marketing you must develop websites that contain focused and fresh content: articles, audios, videos, etc. Indeed, that's a conventional and true way. Just to qualify that statement, there are also other ways to do get targeted traffic ready to click your Ads without doing these things. Its not Arbitrage, if that's what you're thinking. Google doesn't like Arbitrage sites...still arbitrage works if you know how to do it. (that's another branch and you can't do it all folks)

You should put the adsense code on your site and just try to get the maximum traffic to your site so that your ads get clicked but don't click your ads on your own otherwise you can get blocked.

If your website has top rankings on search engines, especially on Google and everyday a lot of people pay a visit to your homepage, your AdSense account will help you earning good money at the end of each month but the big issue in most cases is how to get those top placements online. It seems that SEO is still the solution to use in most cases because links and contents will help websites having stronger traffic shares on the internet.

Now that the Google AdSense units are loading on your pages, do not forget to add fresh contents to your website because each new page added could be found and visited by net surfers who look for relevant information while accessing the net. Usually, the websites with bright incomes from PPC programs are found to have a lot of content pages because they would help pushing traffic shares of them upwards and considerably.
