Is AdSense Host Too Good To Be True?

Hi, I came across a service hosted by v-r-e dot org AdSense Host, it makes a fantastic claim that it will guarantee a 30% return on your investment by hosting AdSense ads on your behalf and I wondered if anyone had any experience with them?

Its seems pretty legit and they offer a FREE trial, which is basically free money, so I thought I would register for the free trial and keep your guys posted. But I would also be interested to hear your thoughts as well.
