You know, when I thought about it some more I did mix it up. The sandbox is where their site starts out before it is indexed, etc., and getting banned is just that, getting banned. Getting banned is the subject I was going for.

As for the question of banning all sites from one company, I guess if Google wanted to they could ban all sites from a certain IP, but that would be easy enough to get around for someone with experience.
