I build backlinks from all these websites. Although I don't do much, I need all my backlinks to come from different places. If all your backlinks come from blogs or articles, it is very obvious to Google that you are trying to do something to manipulate results. They might put lower weight to your backlinks or penalize your website.
That's what I experienced in the past.

I agree with you. You are right. Backlinks from different places is good for our website. So try to get backlinks from different sites and also related sites. It will benefit to your site.
