I do not think they will ever open it up internationally. I mean Canada is not international really as it relates to the US - many years ago, when they first started, they sent an invitation and I accepted. Then I never got the code or the account activated to login.
I resided in Canada but had a US tax number. The issue is where the person resides. Well from what I hear they are not worth the effort anyway so I do not think about getting involved with them now.
They can't get their act together in one country let alone international.
