I really just use a glorified notepad - Crimson Editor. I guess that is okay for those that can write themselves but others need something more.
I don't know specifically about Microsoft's Expression Web but I hope it is better than that Front Page. I hope they have spent some serious time developing this product and worked out the kinks.........lol
