I think outsourcing is good but quite expensive. If you own a a small business it would be better to do it on your own. Manage it and know everything from clerical work up to managerial task so that if something happen to your company at least you can easily make a solution even without the help of outsourcing employees. Try to explore things especially in your chosen field.
