I can see why you are having a hard time thinking up a plan for these sites. I had to think a few minutes, myself - lol
But I think the suggestion for motive surf or motive site and motivating people is a good one. People are into this trying to improve themselves fad and that would work well.
Motive bid might be alright for some kind of auction or ppc.
