Wow, that's a great big list which must have taken you quite sometime to put together. I've had a quick glance and can say that there are some good programs you have listed, but then there are also a few that don't exist anymore or are scammy.
If you would like a large updated list of affiliate programs, ad networks, cpa networks, etc. then we have a list of them with reviews on this site. Just browse the categories from the "Affiliate Categories" section near the top-left of this forum.
Please do not copy these reviews for use on your own site or for commercial use though as these reviews are copyright protected.
