I find that to be a really difficult question - mostly because I have wondered the same thing. I have tried to put on auction really good names that are years old and only two words and they get no bids or insultingly low bids.
On the other hand, I have bought names for resale during faddish type periods and still nothing. I have no clue what the market wants - lol
