Ya..you are right. In email marketing first we should know about our potential or target user and only then we should send emails. Otherwise it will turn into irritation and spam.
email marketing is very complex but powerful way of marketing. Sometimes it happens that you are looking for something and eventually at the same time you receive some email containing related information for which you were searching for.
So If we are successful to correlate such need with our email then this email marketing will be really great/
