Paypal has been serving clients since I was still in high school. Sure there are a few glitches here and there. But more than 90 percent of those are from people not securing their accounts well enough. Phishing sites are everywhere and if you don't keep passwords and usernames to yourself then you might as well bid your money goodbye. I'm from the other side of the globe where paypal operates and I have always received my payments on time. Go for it, just make sure not even your dog can see your account information. Be safe.
