Hi,

I've recently begun researching CPA Networks and found there were a great deal of 2-Tier networks.

I'm familiar with the term 2-tier from my regular IM activities and would like to know if this is the same in CPA. i.e. Do I receive an additional commission for recruiting sub-affiliates?

The reason I ask is because I have access to a number of Oxford (UK) University students who are desperately seeking additional income and I'd have no difficulty building my own 'extremely active) team of promoters.
