As for me, I don't have any experience dealing with centsi.com, but having read good reviews about them, I can say that you will be fully satisfied dealing with them. When the time comes to back up your server, it transfers those changes to their multi-terabyte central backup system. It can be configured to backup as frequently as every hour.
