Twice Verified Leads
I used to work for a company that used debt settlement leads from Twice Verified, Inc. From my experience, these were the golden leads as the consumers had higher debt (generally) and I was able to close deals faster.
My wife was transferred so we moved and I'm now looking for my next step, but that's my two cents on where to get leads.
