I have been wondering about stopping these scrapper sites from stealing my content. I spend a lot of time writing myself and paying extra writers to take up the slack and I, like everyone else here, is disheartened by the blatant theft.
But anyway, another member here,
yogesh, I was reading over his blog that he publishes in his profile and he addressed this exact same problem. He has a fix for it which I have already done.
I hope he doesn't mind me quoting it here but

One can do this by limiting the RSS feeds to a summary of the post rather than the full post. To do this, login to your blogs admin panel, go to the options tab, then click on reading and scroll down to Syndication Feeds; in here choose the option Summary.
