I am using dreamhost and paying 22$ for it (using a 97$ off coupon, yea thats right 97 off).
Good things
-huge bandwidth and space (they oversell)
-can host multiple site
-22$ for a full year with a free domain.
bad things
- sometimes it gets a little slow
